Just got one. Heard about "Uber Teen"

Some wacko plans on kidnapping a teen girl so he signs up with the intention of getting enough rides and strong reviews to qualify to be a "Uber Teen" driver.

This dude's plan doesn't go the way he plans and starts getting bad reviews because he's a nutjob. So he starts killing people who he thinks is about to give him a bad review.

For awhile he continues to drive for Uber not thinking he'll get caught. The local news starts to make reports about people missing and he starts to get paranoid about getting discovered.

He plans to flee but wants to kidnap someone first. In desperation he kills another Uber driver he met at some point who he knows is a "uber Teen" driver. His first few pick-ups are boys so he cancels on them and drives away. His next pick-up is a girl who is waiting with her dad. However, this girl has used Uber Teen many times and knows who the driver is supposed to be. He loses his shite and flees again. The dad calls both the cops and Uber.

On his way out he sucker punches a mom with metal in hand and takes her pre-teen girl. He keeps the girl paralyzed at gunpoint.

He makes it to his house without any police, etc. on his tail. Meanwhile, the police are frantically trying to find this car.

Now inside, he's giving commands to the girl with the gun to the girl's head. His head suddenly explodes and the camera pans to an old guy pointing a rifle. It's his neighbor that was introduced several times before. Movie ends with a view of the neighbor's TV with news reports about the stolen car.
