Is it actually Friday or being released again early tonight?

My body is ready. Today I learned that Mr Milchik is only like a week older than me and that makes me feel old as hell

Apple always releases 8pm the night before the day they advertise. I couldn’t tell you why.

I think the big first red herring is if it's Helly or Helana. I tend to believe that we're still seeing Helly. The argument comes down to why Helly lied and I believe it's out of guilt for being an Egan. Irving also felt similar guilt for hiding what he did but obviously a different kind of guilt. If it ends up being Helana it wouldn't be a shock but I think it's almost too predictable.
Dylan getting introduced to the new family room I think is going to end up being the new punishment similar to the breakroom, that's why Milichick wants Dylan to keep it a secret. Between biting Milichick and then flipping the switches for the Overtime protocol, I feel like there is a definite axe to grind.
Don't think five months have passed and the newspaper clipping was obviously fake. I believe tonight is all from the outtie perspective so I'm very intrigued to see what happens and why there was such a delay bringing everyone back. Each outtie had their own set of issues after the Overtime event, maybe it took some longer than others to come back.
My favorite theory is the little girl somehow being tied to Ms. Casey. I don't think it's her and Mark's daughter but maybe a younger clone of Ms. Casey.
Also with how ep 1 ended I guess MDR is working on refining the memories or personalities of the clones? Which is why we see the file they're working on labeled under Ms. Casey's profile.
Lumon represents Hell. Just as Lumon has their 9 virtues, we also have Dante's 9 circles of Hell. We see in the elevator they go down to the severed floor, each level down is just another circle.
I love this show so much, never really seen or experienced anything like it. Great dark comedy that has a sci-fi layer and a dark conspiracy vibe you don't get as often done as well as this show.

That guy is one hell of an actor in this show. Haven't seen him in anything else I recall, but he is killing this role. I too was surprised at how 'young' he is... I'll be 37 in a little less than three weeks now.

Knish from Rounders got out of the poker game, moved upstate and got a job at Lumon Industries.

Am I the only one who finds it annoying trying to figure out when these streaming shows actually release?
Like.. why 8 PM central? That’s.. 2 AM UTC. Or 6 PM at Apple HQ. Or 2 PM at the International Date Line. It just seems kind of random for a release that’s “Friday” on paper.
I don’t know why it bothers me, but it does.

It's not 8pm central. All apple shows come on at midnight pacific. So for us it will come out at 2AM Friday morning. I have been dealing with the same thing with Silo for this whole season.

It will be 8pm Central. Every episode of Silo was available Thursday at 8pm, including the finale and premiere of Severance last week.

Mine just spins. Starting to get pissed off.

I didn’t have any issues

Just finished it, no issues here.
It’s interesting that Helena rewatches the Helly/Mark kissing scene over and over. I was hoping they actually would get rid of that question early in the season and show Helena going down the elevator. I think Helena has jealousy for her own innie.
I’m glad they at least glossed at why they so badly want Mark back - Cold Harbor - even though we don’t know that it is yet. Without a particular need for him, it would have been in Lumon’s best interest to just let him walk.

I officially retire my theory of Helena being a mole on the severed floor. She would not have time to perfect Helly R in the few days that passed. She was definitely jealous of the kiss. Knew the 5 months was a lie.
Just when I thought Mr. Milchick couldn’t get any cooler, he gets on the motorcycle. It was a magnificent helmet.
Mark was a huge douche all episode, and what he said about Ricken dying was unnecessarily hurtful. Luckily that conversation with Cobelvig validated Devon’s suspicions.
Dylan’s job interview at the door store was great. “You mean a door prize.”

He did show up at Dylan’s house outside of Lumon last season.
You can be severed outside in the real world we’ve seen it

Finally got to watch. Don’t think Milkshake is severed. He’s management and running around outside all over the place.
Ms. Cobel is a straight up lunatic.
Mark W’s outie was great.
I couldn’t imagine not having to work every day, being severed, for years then have to go back at it like normal folks.

Started this show a week or so ago and have caught up. Absolutely love it. Feels like Lost and The Office had a spin off together.

I thought that was really good writing. While you’re right that it was unnecessarily hurtful, it was also a very believable reaction IMO. His sister clearly cares about him a lot but there’s also an element of her trying to satisfy her own curiosity, which he picks up on and lashes out. There’s a ton of nuance in their interactions that makes them feel very.. real. I think the Mark/Devon scenes really keep the show grounded with all of the absurdity everywhere else.

That was great.
Also.. wtf is going on with outtie Irving and Burt?
