On second thought after looking at some photoshops of him as Bruce Wayne and Batman, I'm willing to give him a chance and see what he brings to the table. He has the brooding and moody stance down pat. Remains to be seen how he can be super charming and suave as a handsome billionaire playboy.
But the real meat and potatoes of the thing is Batman is a character so full of power and gravitas that it requires an actor with a quiet but dominant personality and aura of absolute authority to really knock it out of the park for the audience to suspend their disbelief and make them believe that he's Batman.

Willing to give it a shot, he’s a good actor that gets unjust hate because of Twilight’s poor story. I thought Heath Ledger was miscast as Joker and couldn’t have been more wrong
