Ritchson deserved even more damage to his bike by picking it up by the throttle and shows that he probably doesn't need to be driving a motorcycle.

Pretty clear now that POS neighbor guy got what he had coming. Could have been worse too. Alan was clearly restraining himself.

May be the case, but I fricking hate those loud arse annoying crotch rockets, and 99% of the time, they are driving like reckless assholes.

Did you even see the helmet video? How on earth do you process information any other way? AR was assaulted and showed restraint when the dude would not let him leave. That was a very restrained arse beating.
I highly doubt dude gets prosecuted or charged with literally anything.

I knew there had to be more to it. Ritchson did nothing wrong IMO. Yes, he punched the guy a few times, but it does look like the other guy started the physical confrontation and would not let him leave and pushed him off his bike.

I don't see how this can be the likely conclusion. The best evidence of what happened before the neighbors film of the beat down is the helmet cam. The Brit admits that he shoved him because "he was coming towards me." Now THAT is a way to spin it.
Why are you claiming something that cannot be true, that he "lays his bike down instead of stopping"? The helmet cam clearly shows the neighbor moving in front of the bike on purpose to block him from moving. Richtson was not trying to run him over, but was doing the opposite and trying to go around. If he was trying to run him over, he never would have slowed down in the first place. The neighbor was not allowing him to leave, then pushed him over when he tried to, by his own admission and from the video.
After Ritchson gets up and pushes him and they argue, he tries to leave again and the Brit neighbor once again tries to block him from leaving. It's not clear if Ritchson was pushed again, but I think it's fair to assume (and by watching the helmet cam) that it's likely the neighbor did the same thing as before in pushing him as he tried to leave, then got his arse kicked.

I had a neighbor who had a loud motorcycle, and I hated it so much. I would normally be partial to the neighbor. But the way he stepped out in front of him was completely asinine and he deserved at list the first punch he got.

It’s been a dream of mine to brutally beat a neighbor up either physically like he did or with a bat. I live on a boring street with a bunch of bankers, attorneys, college administrators etc so it likely won’t ever happen.

True story. When I was a kid a teenage neighbor across the street had a motorcycle. Me and him had beef one day so I got in front of him when he tried to drive away. He ran me over and broke my leg. He was a dick, but I probably had it coming a bit. No lawyers, no cops, his dad made him apologize and I was in a cast for 6 weeks or whatever. Good times.
