Reacher - Season 3

Didn't see anything here...
Returns February 20th.
Looks to be interesting. Reacher facing someone who looks like he outmatches him in every way... haven't seen that before, that I can recall....
Also... Ritchson looks just a tad different these days than when he was Aquaman on Smallville.

S2 was so bad I have no desire to watch this.

The only thing better about season 2 was that the girlfriend in 2 was way hotter than the female cop in season 1. Otherwise, I agree season 2 was a disappointment.

So I just watched the teaser and frick. This is going downhill fast. I read this book along with others and seeing Neagley in this just tells me all I need to know. She is not in the book by the way.

Look and appearance wise - yes. Everything else - Nope.
Reacher is a cold, calculating smart arse whose borderline sociopath. He is very smart and a great detective. Ritchson just plays him as a mindless killing machine. Cruise, while physically opposite, plays it closer to the books than Ritchson.

People bag on Cruise because of the size
But from my run with the books, I think he nails the dark energy/quippy humor better than this one, which is more akin to comic book stuff.

Nah. Even in season 1 he was too brooding and that's not who Reacher is. Season 1 has a lot of faults but it was enjoyable. I can look pass a 4' 11" 100 lb woman thinking she is Joanna Wick with a grain of salt and still enjoy the series. Season 2 was just him "Reacher Smash" and the women where the smart ones and figured everything out. Guess which way they are going to lean to in Season 3?

Loved season 1. Season 2 had its moments, but was nearly as good. I'll watch season 3 to see if they've fixed it. Guess I need to read the books as they sound like they are better.

i can understand having a preference, but "way hotter" is a bit of a reach.
