I'm not sure this has anything to do with Rocky. Anyways, my favorite moment is when Rocky trains with Eye of the tiger playing :)

My favorite scene in these movies is when Adrian on the hospital bed changes her mind and tells Rocky to "win". Could have run through a wall.

It's my reasoning as to why Rocky II is my favorite. It's such a hard watch up to that point. Then Win Rocky Win! Then Mick jumps up, well what are we waiting for! Such a huge turn of emotions.

I understand when people say they didn't like it that much, but to me that is what storytelling is all about.

Disagree. When he had basically quit, she comes out of coma, and says hey can you do one thing for me? Come closer...Win..Win and the music starts. Got chills just typing it.

I'm going hot take here. Rocky should have stopped after the first one. It took an actual great story and went straight to goofy dumb shite in the following ones. I would argue that the only other Rocky moment to get near the emotional levels the first one did is Micks death in 3. But the rest of 3 was pretty stupid.

1. Easily this. "There's one thing I want you to do for me"
2. Ending the Cold War
3. Winning at the end of Rocky II
4. Against Clubber Lang - "YOU AIN'T SO BAD! COME ON...HIT ME!" 3 round annihilation
5. When Rocky starts breaking Apollo's ribs and lifting him of the canvas with every body blow in the last round of Rocky.

Honorable mention - Micky showing up in Rocky's mind in Rocky V at the end followed by "Sue me for what?"

I think Rocky lost that fight in a split decision.

A bum off the street going the distance with the greatest fighter to ever live was the most satisfying moment. And there were factors that caused it. Apollo didn’t train. Thought he was going to kill him. And on the other side you had a hungry guy who literally gave his heart and soul and almost won. There are plenty of other entertaining moments in the series history, but that one was by far the most realistic and satisfying moment. Even though Apollo would kill him irl.

His most and least satisfying moment was one in the same.

He sprinted over 30 miles in Rocky 1 and was clearly the best distance runner ever to live, however the fact he didn't realize it and continued on to be just an above-average boxer is a real shame. He could have carried Eliud Kipchoge on his back and still run a sub-2-hour marathon.
