Family was on a ski vacation in 84 at Keystone, CO. The folks took us to see Police Academy. I was 10. It was awesome!

Maybe the Trial of Billy Jack. They hated the movie, but I loved it. I have recently rewatched it and it is complete trash. They were right but Billy Jack was awesome.

I think I was 6 when my mom showed me the godfather, which then set me on a path of seeiing old violent movies for pretty much the remainder of my life.

I also remember being 9 or 10 when my dad handed me the matrix from blockbuster and said “son, this is really cool”

I was 7. The movie didn’t bother me, actually enjoyed it, but I had terrible nightmares about people being zapped into green and red skeletons for a week or two after. Got so bad where I dreaded going to sleep.

Not my parents, but my childless aunt dumped me, my sister, and some cousins off at the theater to see Con Air. My sister was the oldest at 16, and I vividly remember my aunt signing a waiver at the ticket counter

My mom and aunt loved scary movies so most kickouts were horror flicks:

"Christine" the movie with the car but my southern baptist bible mom had enough after 30 minutes of Fbombs being dropped continously. She said OUT so my bro and I left the theater and went played video games in the lobby.

HellRaiser I do remember naked ladies in this one and mom said cover your eyes for this scene and I think another scene came up and mom said OUT OUT

Too late the FAP bank was full for this young teen

I don't think my parents ever took me to the movies.

I do remember watching the Golden Girls with them. Entirely too young to know it was a show about old sluts.

Original Friday the 13th and The Howling when i was 10. Guess Mom didn't want to go alone.

Same thing on the Howling but got to stay on that scene.

My Dad told my Mom he was taking us small children to see The Muppet Movie.

Halfway through the pic, my 4-year old sister turns to my Dad and says:

"Daddy, when does it get scary?"

My parents were Eddie Murphy fans. We went after church on Sunday to see Beverly Hills Cop. I was 8.

When I was ten my mother took us to see Aliens in the theaters.

It didn’t scar me for life or anything. But looking back, it’s funny.

The closest experience to age inappropriate with parents was going to see “Live and Let Die” with them at the theater. Typical vintage Bond movie with sex and violence.

When I was very young, there was a drive-in movie in Metairie or maybe Kenner and I remember my mom took us to pick up my dad at the airport. Some nude chick was on the screen which was clearly visible from the road.

When I saw Saving Private Ryan, some woman had her son who was maybe 10 years old with her. I don’t know if they stayed or not.
