As badass is Goonies is, I'll go with Sandlot.
It's my favorite sports movie ever, and is far more quotable.

I can agree on Sandlot being my favorite sports movie as I stated in the begining...but as far as it being more quotable than the Goonies, well thats debatable.

It's really not though.
I understand your unfestering lust for the Goonies cock, but rarely do you see or hear people quote the Goonies. I see Sandlot quoted all the time.

How some people are actually voting for Sandlot over Goonies is beyond my comprehension.
Goonies is still one of my top 5 favorite movies.
Did Sandlot have the "truffle shuffle"? I think not!

That goes both ways though. Goonies did not have Michael "Squints" Palledorous.

You got me there. I actually went to the town of Astoria in Oregon where most of it was filmed. Got to check out Mikey and Data's houses. Also went to the restaraunt, but it had just recently been torn down.
Astoria ~aka the Goondocks~ is one of the coolest and most unique places to see.

Well too bad we don't hang out b/c I quote the Goonies on the reg.

Well, since I'm the guy who brought up this comparison as a better one than Sandlot vs. Stand By Me in the original thread, I guess I should vote.
I liked Goonies better, but Sandlot was great. However, I was an adult when Sandlot came out, so that's really not fair.

your laughing at me b/c I traveled all the way to the Pacific Northwest and decided to go an hour or so out of my way to check out where one of my favorite movies was filmed?
I travel all over for work at least 10 times a year by myself, so yeah I like to find something of interest to do...last year I went to opening day for the Cubs b/c I had to be in Chicago.
I thought I had good thing going but apparently its just laughable.
you need to get out of BR more often little fella
oh BTW Chunk>>>>>>Squints

"OK! I'll talk! In third grade, I cheated on my history exam. In fourth grade, I stole my uncle Max's toupee and I glued it on my face when I was Moses in my Hebrew School play. In fifth grade, I knocked my sister Edie down the stairs and I blamed it on the dog... When my mom sent me to the summer camp for fat kids and then they served lunch I got nuts and I pigged out and they kicked me out... But the worst thing I ever done - I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then, t-t-then, I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa - and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life. "

Yes.
Try not to take it so personally. I just thought it was funny. Cool? Sure. Funny? Kinda.
