Zach Galafanakis(sp?)-Hangover
Guy who played Shooter McGavin in Happy Gilmore
Everyone in the Expendables
Robert DeNiro & Joe Pesci-Casino & Goodfellas
Bradley Cooper, Vince Vaughn, & Owen WIlson-Wedding Crashers
Vince Vaughn in almost everything he's in IMHO.

He wasn't even the directors 3rd choice for the role. He wanted Sean Connery, Jeremy Irons, and then Nicholson...they all turned it down due to the darkness of the character. Hopkins was perfect in that movie though.
Director also went after Meg Ryan, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Melanie Griffith for the Clarice role.
