Thanks for letting us know never to take your opinions on movies seriously on here. Good Lord.
I'm here to help.

You don't movie so good, do you?
I don't get the people calling it boring. I thought the first two hours flew by. I do get feeling like those two hours are pointless, but disjointed, distracted narratives are to be expected from QT. He sort of ties the film's preoccupation with obsolescence into the fantasy aspect, but not really. My biggest criticism is Sharon Tate (not Margot Robbie as Tate; she's good). With the way the ending plays out, her presence isn't very important, and she doesn't get to actually do anything.
I look forward to watching this again at some point, now that I know what to expect.

But as far as i'm concerned, he lost it with basterds. That movie was every bit as shitty as jackie brown.

The Tate stuff was all just a massive misdirection. We all are were waiting for or most of us were waiting for the Manson family to meet Tate and her friends but that's the twist. Instead of them murdering Tate and her friends, the Mansom family tries to kill Rick and Cliff

Well I do think dogs and both Bills are works of cinematic art and pulp is close. So there's that.
This Hollywood movie might be good. I'll give it it's day in court.

That was really underwhelming. Wasn't really funny and the dialogue wasn't very sharp.

I don’t think I’ll rewatch this .

Probably agree with this. I enjoyed it enough, but its below R Dogs, Fiction , the Kill Bills, Django and Basterds for me.

I figured the dialogue would be bad. Tarantino hasn't truly nailed the dialogue in a movie since probably pulp.

I don't think I agree. It's far and away his least "written" movie. For the first time ever, none of his characters are verbally dexterous word sparrers.
Rick Dalton and Cliff Booth are everymen in interesting circumstances. Dalton doesn't have the education to pull off quick witty dialogue. He stumbles over his words in every scene but the TV scenes we see him filming.
I hate QT's overly written monologue tangents when they're not pulled off well. He doesn't attempt any here. I thought the only real clunky dialogue was Damien Lewis' bit at the playboy party that was meant only to explain to us the Tate/Polanski/Sebring relationship.

Then it's probably at least an ok movie.

Exactly.

Dude, we get it. You don’t have to keep posting over and over that you think his dialogue skills have degraded

This fricking movie lol.
So much second generation talent in it too. Glad Robin came to her senses.
You know how Gone Girl’s first hour was meh, then the second hour was great, and then the last 20 minutes or so shite the bed? This movie followed the first two hours to a t.... and then became the funniest 20 minutes of a movie I’ve seen this year, probably all of 2018 too.

From what I’ve heard, the first 75% of the movie has nothing to do with the last 25%

Why do you need so much attention?

That's not quite true, but the progression of events is odd. I'd say the tone of the last 20 minutes swings wildly.

They made a poor choice.

Don’t get the backlash about everything is boring except the ending, I found it to be hilarious and kept me entertained aswell as the rest of my theater who overwhelmingly thought it was hilarious
