Really like the show, it’s clear they’re building towards a bigger plot and directional change as they will randomly cut the camera angles from sitcom style to up close and personal with haunting music.
Also, the beekeeper coming out of the sewer was f’n awesome and super eerie.

Loved the first two episodes. Fun stand alone sitcoms with a sinister weird undertone.
Commerciala were fun, and hint at Wanda’s past traumas. My guess for future commercials:
Toy robot (for Ultron)
Nintendo power glove (for Thanos)

I enjoyed the hell out of it and it's creepy nods to Nick at Night shows. Cant wait to see where it goes.
And yeah, so it's definitely not her thing crazy and creating this, or at least it doesn't seem like it. It seems like she's under someone's control.

This just shows the problem. It is making a reference to extremely old television. The Dick Van Dyke Show originally aired in the 60s on CBS. Basically 60 years ago.
Nick at Night didn’t start until the 80s and these shows were only about 20-30 years old at the time. It better change quick or a large part of the target audience will lose interest.

Well, it’s really the kickoff for the next two movies. So a 3 parter if you count spiderman and dr stange, which revolve around the ramifications of wanda from this show. So you wont miss “wandavision 2”.

It's on a niche streaming service. It doesn't need to adhere to some preexisting notions. They can do whatever they like to build up future programs.
With the massive amount of content coming to Disney+, it's success doesn't depend on this show.
This show has freedom unseen in the medium before and a lot of people can not seem to grasp the concept.
(To be fair, if you dislike the pace or plot, that is perfectly acceptable. But to complain about runtime, format, etc is simply missing the bigger picture because you are stuck trying to cramp this show into what you believe a show should be.)

Ok, my dad watched it. His main takeaway was he liked seeing Elizabeth Olsen showing cleavage. But he thought it was “well done.” Which in kinda shocked about because I half expected him to loathe it.

I watched the first episode last night. Really didn't like it. At all.
Watched the 2nd episode this morning. It grew on me. More things starting to happen.
I think my initial dislike was that I had no idea of what to expect, and a bewitched type show with laugh track turned me off.
I'll stick it out.
Can someone please tell me what time period we are talking in terms of overall story in relation to end game?
