Wait a minute...

You're the dipshit who got schooled up about arm strength, aren't you?

This makes a lot more sense. You're just a moron and a troll.

The kids were excited for the show but really bored once it started. I get it if someone isnt in to it yet because it isnt a typical marvel action show. I really like it.

If this were a netflix show, where you could binge, it would have been universally loved. Definitely a smart move to drop 2 at once. I think even disney realized it would be a slow start for some. I think it picks up quick with episode 3/4.

Well after a lot of waiting it was pretty damn disappointing to get what we got as a first episode. And then a barely above average 2nd episode was kind of icing on the cake for a disappointing debut.

Early Friday the show was sitting at an 8.6/10 on IMDB, which shocked me. Now it's at a 7.6/10.

I expect it to drop a little more as we get closer to next Friday.

Which is just more proof that letting people rate unfinished TV shows was one of the dumbest decisions imdb ever made.

Why would you look at a rating for a series that has been airing for one week? Worse, who are the shitheads rushing to imdb to rate a whole series based one hour?

The complaints I've seen on this thus far seem to be that of impatience. They are looking for another Agents of SHIELD, a Marvel version of Arrow or somesuch.

It's akin to going to a Michelin 5-star restaurant and getting pissed that they don't have cheeseburgers on the menu.

These first few episodes are going to be a strange, quirky, SLOW burn. They are doing this to set the tone for whatever is going on with Wanda. Instead of saying "why are they doing this", wait and find out. At the very least Favreau has proven he knows what he's doing so if he's going way off the rails here, it's for a reason so just sit back and enjoy the mystery of the strangeness and know that it's a necessary part of whatever they are building.

That's like taking a bite of a piping hot pizza and saying the pizza is horrible because it burned the roof of your mouth.

The impatience of youth.

And Agents of SHIELD was a slow burn that didn't really get going until episode 17 of Season 1, and when the reveal hit, a lot of the things people complained about in the previous episodes suddenly made a lot more sense.

No. It’s not.

That’s a ridiculous analogy. This is someone selling you a pizza a week, and after two weeks of bland cheese pizzas, you cancel your subscription and are told, “You idiot, the pizzas will eventually get better. After two months you’ll probably get a pizza with everything.”

Wandavision is going to directly tie in to dr strange and the MCU going forward so all the people bitching are going to end up watching it regardless. Might as well give it a couple of weeks before formulating an opinion of the series as a whole. There’s probably a reason they released these two together.

They are rating each episode and then it takes an average, I believe. Totally fair to me.

This is so stupid is laughable. And it’s coming from someone who likes and appreciates the slow burn when done right.

This wasn’t done right and it’s showing in reviews and also people trying to blindly defend it.

No it's not.

It's good pizza with toppings that you don't see or ignore, and that 87% enjoy. Because you don't enjoy it, you act like a hipster and claim that it's just bland cheese pizza.

Really, you just don't know good pizza and you don't know what toppings look like.

Episode 3 is suppose to be in the half hour sitcom mold and then episode 4 is when they expand the episodes.

Agents of SHIELD took a full season before it was any good. I'd say this show was good in the first episode.
