What?

I think her comment was the overall theme of the show. With Glenn and with Heath's face being covered in blood.

The police zombie in the body armor was only scratched, if I remember correctly. Rick commented on not seeing any bites, just scratches.

He might have died some other way and then turned.
And body armor isn't utilized nearly enough, in my opinion. I know they were supposed to be doing a dry-run of the zombie herding, but still, have it at the ready.

This little duck would not step foot outside without being covered head to toe in body armor.

I would at least have some heavy carhartt pants and long sleeve shirts
Those darn walkers must file those teeth sharp the way they easily cut through pants and shirts

Can you all remember anyone who was ONLY scratched and then turned?
I seem to remember somebody early on (season 1 or 2) that got scratched and turned. Maybe the guy the left by the tree after the left the camp outside of Atlanta? I really need to go back and watch some of the early seasons.

I thought about Jim as well, because I couldn't remember how he went. But I looked it up and he had gotten bitten and hisd the bite (remember they made him lift up his shirt at one point and show them).

the only one I remember was (I think) the episode when Rick and Shane get in that big fight when they are taking that guy the took "prisoner" out.
I think I remember Rick noticing that the security guard/cop zombies at the place they stop not having any bites. I'm also pretty sure that's before the official reveal that everyone already has the virus.

People have been contacting walker blood pretty regularly (in their eyes, in their mouths, in cuts), but they aren't turning like people with superficial bite wounds.

Glen. Is. Dead.
And if he's not, I may be done with the show, because that would be too ridiculous to handle. Lying on the ground surrounded by 100 zombies - no chance.

The big black guy in the prison was scratched/stabbed by a zombie arm bone I think. (hand had fallen off I think) Got him on the back.
Big Tiny was his name.

Nothing turns you except dying (thanks for the spell check). If the scratch becomes infected and the infection spreads to the rest of the body, you die, and then you turn. The only comparable incident in tWD is when Hershel was bit on the leg. And Rick (i think) cut off the lower half of his leg before the rest of his body could be infected. Though I'm not sure they need to do that anymore, Alexandria has the most advanced medicine of any place they've been so far. They may have what is needed to treat the wound for infections without removing anything or dying

Even with a body on top of him there still needs to be somebody there to save them. Michonne is close, but has an injured with her and no tools to handle 200 Walkers. Abe & Darryl might pull off a distraction with their vehicles, but I don't think they are close. He would need somebody very near him and very much able to mow down/drive off the Walkers and I can't think of anyone who could and would want to do that. I'm open to any ideas they have though as I don't want Glen to be dead.
