My non spoiler prediction for the episode: Zemo is gonna run mental circles around both Falcon and Bucky (and anybody else he interacts with).

This show is all over the place and so chaotic 
It’s a fun watch though. I feel like Charlie in IASP with his conspiracy wall trying to figure out this show

It’s very scattered, there’s just way too much going on and random shite popping up.
It’s very fast and furious like. Good watch, but it seems to be lacking direction and a linear story.

First thoughts:
Sharon is still a cutie (and now a bad-arse). I wonder if she will get injected with the serum at some point?
Zemo is one of Captain America's older enemies in the comics. I like the way they've incorporated him into the MCU.
It's becoming apparent this series is a set-up for Black Panther 2 just like WandaVision was for Dr. Strange 2.
I really like Sam and Bucky's chemistry. Feels like a superhero Starsky and Hutch.
Based on the ending of this episode I'm guessing they will eventually deal with the death of Chadwick since the MCU is not going to recast T'challa (bad move).
This was a really fun episode.

Really enjoyed the episode.
Zemo was what I expected. Glad they made him a heavy hitter (wealth, influence)

Like others have said, I am suspicious of Sharon as the Power Broker. She has a lot of pull in Madripoor. I thought she’d go with them, but now since she didn’t it feels like that is why. She also was in the CIA so she may have heard of the scientist.
Wakandans coming after Zemo makes more than sense. He killed their king. We may even see T’Challa in Boseman’s final role. Remember this show was supposed to come out last year, they may have gotten some scenes shot. Im not counting on it though, but I would like to at least see one of the main characters from the movie. I think the woman Bucky approaches was from Civil War.
Morgantheau has now resorted to killing helpless victims. I think the serum is getting to her head.

This show is so good. They are using so many Marvel characters that didnt get a chance to shine.

Because there's alot of buzz that Thunderbolt Ross is the true P.B. Perhaps she is working as his proxy in Madrapor in that scenario.

Yes this is what I am feeling at the moment. Because The Power Broker seems to be someone established well enough for Zemo to know of before going to prison. But that doesn’t mean that role is still played by the person who had it almost 8 years before.
