absolutely hilarious....but true it did get weird and a little to unrealistic with the cannon shite at the end. First 5 minutes when kenny was looking for april had me crying though with all the one liners.

that was a train wreck. Like i said last week, they are going to any length for a laugh and its just not as consistent as it was in season 1.

I almost feel like they're over doing it with Kenny Powers right now. I like his whole character but it feels a little forced right now.

ashley schaeffer's character is much more forced than kenny. stevie is also fricking horrible. should have just replaced him with shane dog and left it at that.

man ya'll are nuts. i'm not looking for substance when i watch that. i want to laugh at something stupid. that dinner scene was great between mcbride, farrel, and the janowski guy. It was absolutely out of left field which made it even funnier.

If you're sitting there looking for something to pick apart then you're not going to enjoy this show. The Kenny Powers character is absurd in itself. Yet people are complaining that this episode was too unrealistic? Lulz. This episode was hilarious from start to finish. May have been the best of the entire series...

Agreed.

What was up with Ashley Schaeffer having the scar on his neck? Reminded me of Brad Pitt in Inglorious Basterds.

The episode was way over the top, but the show is set up that way. The last part was the craziest sutff ever on the show, but I was laughing while I was saying WTF I am watching at the same time.

My favorite parts of the episode...

Baby in a backpack with the lettuce.
Nut thump.
Mexican Grimace.
Mammie the maid.

What the frick are y'all expecting from Eastbound and Down? It's supposed to be ridiculous. Everyone thinks season 1 was different because it was still new. Jesus, this board really sucks sometimes.

I think that's the point though. Schaefer is an idiot with money trying to impress foreign business men. Stevie is supposed to make us feel uncomfortable. Anyone's life that is that shitty should make you feel weird. I love his character.

In a couple of episodes people will say that Shane is played out and they'll hate him too. Just how this board works.

I just kinda went glossy eyed when Ferrell came into the episode. I love Will in everything but this role for some reason. Not sure why, but I didn't like the Schaeffer character from day 1. I thought the laugh at the end by KP was genuine.

How the hell were they reloading the cannon so fast. And why was there no recoil when the cannon fired?

This.

I'd just rather had Stevie and Kenny doing something to Schaffer before they left town.

A sword fight would have been better. But I feel like theyt did that is season 2 with that Mexican baseball team owner over Maria.
