Dani was pushing hard to get her to answer who she would put up. Dani gave the easy answer of David/Nicole A. Janelle said David with the idea of maybe back dooring Christmas

Reddit was saying something about Christmas looking like an arse or saying something dumb but I couldn't find details, any idea what happened?

I could do without David, Christmas and Kevin. All three are just there. People talk game with them but I wouldn't mind any of those three leaving before jury.

Keesha too but she'll likely be leaving Thursday.

ETA - Dani getting ripped on social media for saying Ian uses his condition to his advantage in the game while talking to Cody. People can get pissed at her for saying it but she has a point.

I don't think there is anything wrong with her saying that but I don't really see it. Cody seemed to be confused at first by it. It seems to me Ian gets really annoyed when he talks about it. There is no doubt it does benefit him is some ways though, I just don't see him really "using" it like that. Maybe I've missed a bunch though.

I feel for Keesha. Was hoping she'd go farther. Wanted the MILFs to stay in the game.

I still haven't watched Sunday's episode. Is it worth watching? I feel like I already know what's been going on, though my wife and daughter don't. Most seasons, I just skim through the Sunday and Wednesday episodes.

Eh, I wouldn't say so. The DR sessions are normally the only thing I find interesting but from what I remember nothing important was revealed.

They didn't reveal new insights from the DRs or anything that we didn't already know from the feeds. So you wife & daughter might want to watch it, but you probably don't need to.

Also, CBS is miserable to watch live. Commercial after commercial after commercial. If you have it recorded then its an easier watch.

I watch it on CBS All-Access. I'll let them watch it and casually pay attention. They get mad when I spoil things.

what is christmas doing to slowly keep increasing her standing? Or is it more a case of others just tumbling farther below her?

That typical what it is. Jokers puts the rating and you can see if it is steady and others tanking, or if it is truly rising.

Daily update from yesterday

So, we are almost a week in. I'm going to do something a bit different today, since not a whole lot changed yesterday. I'm going to give a ranking on how good I think each player is playing.

It seems like an overwhelming majority of the house wants to keep Kevin, so it could very well end up a unanimous vote.

Dani - 9/10. Dani seems to be staying pretty quiet, but is doing work behind the scenes. She has formed an alliance of 6, and has Janelle feeling safe with her. She's playing great, and is off nearly every radar.

Memphis - 9/10 same exact thing said about Dani, could be said about Memphis.

Enzo - 8/10. Enzo's social game is strong. He's good with almost the entire house right now.

Bay - 8/10. Surprise of the season. Bay is actually playing a solid social game. She's closest to DaVonne, and is also close with Janelle. Not so close that she becomes a target for the other side though.

Kevin - 7/10. Kevin has done some solid work since being put on the block. He is out there working to make sure he has the votes. He will be in a great spot, assuming he survives this week.

Tyler - 7/10. Tyler is once again working his magic, with multiple people liking him. Kaysar has been pegging him as working with Cody though, so he could find himself sitting next to Cody if the wrong person wins HOH.

Da - 7/10. What I said about Bay can match DaVonne as well. She's good with many, and not on radars.

Nicole A - 6/10. She's out of her shell a bit more. She's not in a main alliance, but she has a good read of the house, and is working herself in with a lot of people.

David - 5/10. David is laying low and working the middle. My worry with him is he could be a pawn candidate eventually, because he doesn't really have a side.

Janelle - 5/10. Janelle is a major target. She only really has Kaysar, although she's working to bring in others. Some of the people who she thinks she's good with, with not really have her back though.

Kaysar - 5/10. Same as Janelle.

Cody - 6/10. He won HOH and used it to form alliances. I just still think he formed too many, and it may burn him later.

Ian - 4/10. Ian is laying super low. My worry with him is that he is a perfect pawn right now, and doesn't have much protection. Once he's up, most of the house will be fine with him being gone.

Christmas - 4/10. She has worked herself into a good alliance. She is paranoid though, and constantly questioning people in the alliance. Not sure she can hold it together enough not to be taken out.

Nicole F - 3/10. She's been an emotional wreck. She is forming solid groups, but she is really paranoid.

Keesha - 0/10. She's on the block and playing dead. You barely even seen Keesha on the feeds, and she is clearly not doing a good job of working to get votes.

Well said and agreed for the most part

I think Ian is doing a little better though.

I think in terms of where they have positioned themselves this week. The clear top three are Dani, Enzo and Memphis. I believe it is a decent drop off after those three.

Why is production so skimpy with the booze? I read that yesterday they got 2 bottles of wine and 6 beers...WTF

ETA I know they probably don't want them getting sloppy drunk, but come one

Yeah, that's a big reason I couldn't go on this show. Sitting around all day with nothing to do except sit out in the sun, I'd need several beers.

I'm not totally sold on Memphis' spot for the long term, but short term his is completely safe since I don't see anyone targeting him anytime soon. My only real question about him long term is that I don't see the alliance he is trying to form taking him very seriously.

Tyler told Christmas that he didn't trust the longevity of the alliance, and then Cody and Tyler agreed that Memphis' plan of never meeting together is a bad idea for an alliance. And then this morning Dani was making fun of him to Nicole F because he was acting like he did something big by forming the alliance. I don't think anyone in that alliance actually cares about him other than just not being put on the block by him.

So I'd probably give him a 7 so far. I do feel that he is definitely safe for a few weeks. But he doesn't really have anyone that really has his back. We'll see if he can change that. What he really needs is to win HoH just to make that alliance have a little more respect for him, and want to work with him more.

How the hell do you even divide that among 16 people. I doubt everyone in there drinks...but still
