For those speculating about Finn being related to a previous character we've seen, I doubt that's the case.
According to IMDB, Jesse Plemons was considered for the role of Finn.
Doesn't look like he's related to Lando.

I doubt he will be related to anyone from the prequels because they are trying to not reference the prequels. The only other black guy in the galaxy is Lando. I hate how it is such a big galaxy but everyone is connected. Having Anakin build C-3PO was stupid as was Luke and Leia being siblings.
