Listened to the preview, super good in the studio version, but they sounded almost as good live tonight.

I think Tessanne might be my least favorite contestant in the history of the show.

Tessanne is not a mean person or a not nice person. Obviously, they let on that she's going through some bad personal stuff right now which I would imagine will come out after the show is over.
She's also got a very powerful voice, but something about her singing doesn't appeal to me. Her pronunciation, her tone...just isn't my bag. I don't think she's a bad person from what I can tell. Just not a singer I would want to listen to or from whom I'd buy songs.
I'm not sure how Will stayed in. He's somewhat strange. He had a knock out with At Last and he certainly improved as he went along, but I'd have never pegged him a finalist.
Darla may be right that Cole needed to put some movement into his performances. I'm not sure what went wrong with his last performances. He was up there in itunes, but with the others up so high, and not making the top 10 while several did, he was in obvious peril. I think he was at #12, right? That's not exactly indicative of bad performances. I don't know how Will beat those. My guess is that it was very close. I think he gets signed or gets a gig as a backup with someone. I hope Blake takes care of him.

Tessanne might be the nicest most genuine person in the world... I just find her to be incredibly boring and uninteresting as a singer. I know she's talented, she just has no charisma, at least not to me.
I like Will, but I think that's just because his style (or the songs Adam have picked for him) are closer in line with what I like. I'm surprised he made it over Cole, but Cole was pretty mediocre with his "Shameless" performance. That had potential to be great and just fell short.
I thought Cole was going to win... not sure anymore.

That is how I feel about her. She can sing, yes, I just don't like her voice or performanes much. I always lose interest.
I wanted James, JL and Cole in the finals. But I am not surprised with the results. James has been in the bottom a few times. And Cole's performance of Shameless was not on the level it should have been for this stage of the competition.
I think JL or Tessanne will win. But I would prefer it to be Will.

Are the Will haters done yet??? I, too, prefer Will. Don't worry HC86, we got this. I like Cole and all, but if I went to his show I would need a lot of stimulants to remain awake by song 3. Will offers something very different from T or JL, not throwing in the towel yet.
Ben Rector is one of my wife's favorites these days. He opened for Needtobreathe at the Tabernacle last year, played a small venue in the spring - Centerstage, then was featured at the Tabby about 2-months ago, he has gained some serious traction. If Will does a song something like this the remaining women will have a hard time keeping up, dude needs to perk up and grab more female votes:

I'm curious to why Will, who has such a pedigree as he does with who his father is, hasn't made it in the business already. One would think his dad would have so many contacts for him getting started.

Look at Cassadde Pope. She had Hey Monday and toured with I want to say Fall Out Boy. She should have had contacts as well, but didnt blow up until after winning the Voice.

Because he is talented but not unique. The fact that he's still around is baffling but he does a lot of interacting on twitter which is pretty smart on his part. I thought he and Tessane would be gone a long time ago. The fact that they are in the finals is mind blowing to me. Tessane has been ok but Will is nothing special at all. He's a greatly talented guy but I don't see him ever selling a bunch of records.
