Over the decades there have been some really funny moments in sit-coms. I wish I could remember them all.
I was watching The Big Bang Theory recently and the scene where Sheldon Spanked Amy to punish her for lying about being sick was hilarious because it turned her on.

Another was when Woody wanted a raise on Cheers and Rebecca Tricked him into taking a "title" instead:

These are just a few I would like to see what the gang on this board comes up with

The first time I saw the pencil miracle in HIMYM I was belly laughing for an unreasonable amount of time.

Multiple scenes in "Sweet Dee is dating a retarded person" come to mind but probably the scene when they are at his mom's house is the funniest.

There’s a lot for me, but one that always made me cry laughing every single time was in Fresh Prince when Will gets into the fight at the bowling alley. Just the way he overacts it and his mannerisms and how he falls to the ground, etc. it’s all just so fricking hilarious to me for some reason. I’ve posted threads about it before even.
