I'm probably alone in this but the ending of Gangs of New York gets to me. During the Leo DDL fight when the smoke clears and you see shrapnel in the very spot that DDL told him was a "kill" and not a wound, DDL subtly nods and you can tell that although Leo knew he had to kill him that they really did have a fricked up father and son relationship. That music playing over it clinches my ducts

the part that made me tear up in that scene was when the orcs began to pull back, showing real terror.

They were created to not be able to feel fear, and knew no fear until that moment. They hesitated at the pure will and ferocity of the King's Army.

Goosebumps. . .

I need to find it, but on youtube there's a clip that has some British dude read the passage from the book mixed in with music and some audio for the movie. It's awesome.

An almost cry is the last scene of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Just watched that scene. It's perfect.

"Hey Dad, wanna have a catch?" is one of the best ever, another one that gets me every time is "Pick me out a winner Bobby" from The Natural.

Here's a random one - I got choked up at the end of John Goodman's Babe Ruth movie.

I guess I get too emotional with sports movies.

I cry for weird shite in movies. The how to train your dragon series gets me sometimes.

When toothless goes all bad arse and challenges the alpha to protect hiccup.

Or in the first one where he runs to save hiccup in the arena.

People/animals going above and beyond to protect who they love, gets me every time.

I just fought back tears at the end of Hearts in Atlantis (2001) when grown up Bobby tells Carol's daughter her mom had the heart of a lion, and gave her the picture of her mom in this costume from the birthday party.

Took me a good 10 minutes to type this because something was in my eyes.

I thought I had posted in this thread, but can't find it.

I was not prepared for Frequency and I bawled like a baby. When the guy changes the past and instead of his father dying, he came home that night and taught the boy to ride bike. I lost my father at 11, and that movie hit extremely close to home for me.
