probably Miller in saving private Ryan for me.

Ben Kingsley as Ghandi (although i thought his role in sexy beast was crazy)

Tom Hanks? Most folks hated it, but I love the job he did in Lady Killers.

. I agree about Hanks in Lady Killers. Almost made the movie watchable.

As I think it over, there’s just too many iconic roles by Hanks to choose just one,

Pick one out of: Big, Forrest Gump, A League of Their Own, Saving Private Ryan, Castaway, Catch Me if you Can, The Green Mile, You’ve Got Mail, The Road to Perdition, Saving Mr. Banks, and others.

Bradley Cooper is a tough one too.

Pick between: American Sniper, The Hangover, Silver Linings Playbook, or American Hustle.

I gotta go with Silver Linings Playbook.

Tom Thanks is Big....

He plays a child extremely well...it's an iconic movie.

SVP is really not HIS movie...

Cast Away...I could see votes. But meh, it's just a fricking volleyball.

Just like Adam Sandler is forever Happy Gilmore.

Some roles just tie you to the public.

I forgot about that one! Good call!

Still, I’d put Silver Linings Playbook as #1 and A Star is Born as #1A.

I know you’re joking, but Tim Allen played that role pretty well. He’s not exactly versatile, and that role was Taylor (intended) made for him. I wouldn’t disagree that it was his greatest work.

Wilford Brimley in The Firm. Honorable mention: Hard Target. Sorry, Cocoon fans.
