One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Empire of the Sun
The Fountain
Memento
Pulp Fiction
Burn After Reading
The Dark Knight
Shawshank Redemption
Primer
Fight Club

To be fair I don't watch these every year but I think they're all good for a re-watch and have seen them all several times

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest might be my favorite of all time

ETA - I'd probably have to add IP Man to this list as well

The Shining

That's a damn good list. I would throw out Forrest Gump (hated it), The Shining and Used Cars and add Deliverance, The Longest Yard (the original) & Thunderbolt & Lightfoot. Apocalypse Now for Saving Private Ryan also a good one but liked SPR.
