Name 10 movies that you watch at least once a year.
There are a handful of movies that I watch on a yearly basis.
My top ten in no particular order would be
Snatch
Cool Hand Luke
Outlaw Josey Wales
Used Cars
Saving Private Ryan
The Good, the Bad & the Ugly
Forrest Gump
Kelly's Heroes
The Dirty Dozen
The Shining

Respect!!
As an old family man I haven’t been able to rewatch movies in years other than It’s A Wonderful Life, but back in the day my list would have looked something like this:
The Last of the Mohicans
The Big Lebowski
The Breakfast Club
Ghostbusters
Dazed and Confused
Shawshank Redemption
Point Break
Armageddon
True Romance
The Insider
Good Will Hunting
Stand By Me
Groundhog Day
All about rewatchability and those were movies I could watch anytime.

Ah good call. I’d add that to mine, as well as My Cousin Vinny which I’ve seen a couple of others mention

I believe that for movies you like, you shouldn’t watch very often. That way they remain fresh.
I go years between watching the Alien series, LotR, Star Wars, etc. I watched them too much growing up that I know them a little too well.

Periodic rewatches of:
Jurassic Park
Twister
Alien/Aliens
Independence Day
Armageddon
LOTR triology
Star Wars original trilogy/sometimes prequels
Indiana Jones Trilogy
Xmen days of future past
Rush Hour trilogy
The only movie I know I watch fairly regularly (moreso than the others) is the first Matrix.
