Saw on YouTube once, if you have a fear of flying, when you hear the engines just start to rev up on departure, put in your iPods, crank up Sweet Emotion, the song intro covers the departure roll, then the words start as soon as you lift off. I’ve tried it, it works, coolest thing ever…..

Wife just got one 2 months ago and loves it. I love the 600 miles per tank of gas. Comfort, looks, and Toyota knows hybrids. We went with black because of the black side panel that looks odd in any other color. Traded in her Avalon and haven’t looked back!

Go to Hatcher Hall..look up in the lobby, the words to the Alma mater are engraved in the walls, or at least it used to be in the mid 80s

Lived next door to him in Morgan City in the 80s, had old game films he’d show us, thought the tiled Tiger with LSU logo in the bottom of his pool was the coolest thing…. Sorry to hear it, RIP

Only thing I like about it is learning stories like Jrue Holiday and his wife and others that truly give back that I did not know about…… I can do without the politics and the BS, but watch for the good stories, always makes it worth it….
I second Lake Louise, can kayak on the lake and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. Views from bar and restaurant are unmatched. Drive is only about an hour from Fairmont in Banff.

My son is an airline pilot, so I check out FlightAware all the time….then when he arrives or departs I listen to LiveATC.net so I can hear him on the radio.
