Mgk is an excruciatingly bad actor. Thats all i got so far

My only real problem was that they pretty much skipped the entire decade of the 90s... no Pam years, no Brandi Brandt, no Donna D'Erico. I remember seeing them after they reunited at the Saenger and the crowd was pretty small. Same w/ Generation Swine. Then Tommy left the band for over a decade. They didn't pick up steam again until after he rejoined and they did the reunion tours.

On with the Show is an underrated gem from Too Fast.

I mean I knew this movie would be bad from the trailer, but this was easily the worst movie I’ve seen in some time.

I grew up in the Crue era. Yes Tommy was wide open on stage or whenever a camera was rolling. But cooler than cool irl. Not this over the top goob at all times
That said, they couldn't find a better dude to pull off tommys look. He nailed that

I thought the whole thing was meh. Very amateurish, got old quickly. Razzle getting killed and Vince getting a whopping 19 days, never been a Vince fan.

Yeah ok dude. I forgot about his background as an acting coach working with C list rappers
No big deal. Glad some of yall dug it. I thought it was embarrassingly bad. Captured none of the attitude of the band back in the day. MC was part punk, part metal, part biker band with a serious edge to it for the times. These goofs came off like a dipshit boy band going haywire. I mean, they cast Pete friggin Davidson in it lol thats how seriously they took this cast

The dude who played Ozzy was spot on.
And this movie was awesome. I loved it.

Can someone help me make sense of the very mixed feelings here? Is this a bad movie or is it a fun mocks that is disappointing to hardcore Motley Crue fans that wanted the band immortalized with an Oscar worthy Biopic?

His role was the antithesis to Ramsey as his pecker was really busy in The Dirt but in GOT..... not so much.
Huh? He didn’t sleep with anyone. They even had a scene where they talked about him not sleeping with the roadies.

Funny, I remember them more like this, but I was just a kid.

I thought it was a fun watch. I kept looking for Monroe on that long list of tours. It’s there in the last list shown. That was my first concert. The local Baptists protested outside for several days. As we walked in one tried to stop my Dad and begged for him to save my soul, not to lead me into Hell. I was 9...I thought that was pretty funny.
Spoilers
The bar scene where they come to see Vince and he fake cries is honestly the worst acting performance I’ve ever seen. Just pitiful.

I was at that show at the Monroe Civic Center in 90. It was insane.

I remember early Crue much darker and edgier than the movie suggests. Even through 87 and the Girls Girls Girls tour (the first album I ever owned) they were called devil worshippers and whatnot

Well I certainly hope that neither Mick nor any other guy in the band ever slept with a roadie.
