Irreversible.
The rape scene in "Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" is pretty bad as well. But, it isn't that long. Still makes my skin crawl.

I thought the same thing, but really can't argue with the quality of the scene after googling it. I just wish she had taken the load and gargled it for the camera prior to swallowing to get the full effect.
