Wish he would do either the Maccabees

I'm betting Mel would have a hard time getting backing for such a project. There's probably some hesitance in having your name attached to a Mel Gibson film about a Jewish revolution that involved elements forced conversion, but I suppose he could go it alone.

or the Viking movie

Now this would be incredible. A film entirely in Old Norse? Yes please.

I read a year or two ago that it was in the works.. and something like production ability was holding it up.

You’re going to see Jesus go to hell.. can you imagine the visual effects of this?

So if somebody is making a movie about Ramachandra (Rama) and I say "the movie is about the purported 7th avatar of Vishnu" you would say my anti-Hinduism bias is showing?

Based on how much cgi he used in Hacksaw Ridge, I'd be very worried that any supernatural setting that he films will be cgi-heavy.

Also, based on Hacksaw Ridge, I'd be very worried that this will suck.

No, because this board is not based in India, and nobody gives a shite.

I´d imagine the same thing would happen inversely, in India (although you´ve comparatively got more Christians).

Who among you does not believe Jesus was literally resurrected?
If you are a “Resurrection-Denier”, how do you explain the actions of the disciples in the years following that non-event?

He didn’t go to Hell. He went to Paradise. Where all the pre-resurrection Saints went. Three days later he rises again, overcoming death and sin through his sacrifice at the cross.

You Tube- World Over interview

Interview is mainly about the movie Infidel but at the 9 minute mark he talks about Resurrection to start very soon.

Caviezel was sent a draft in 2016.

Then in July 2020 Caviezel is sent another draft and Gibson calls Caviezel.

Mel Gibson: Script is Crazy... Are you ready?

Jim Caviezel: I was born ready!!

Gibson sent picture of new draft 9/2/2020. Caviezel said when the dates are getting close like it is very close.
