So how long we think Rhodey has been a Skull? Post endgame timeframe I'm assuming. Who knows, maybe sometime during the blip.
It couldn't have been the whole time at least. In Civil War he was shot out of the sky, and that would have made him revert back if he was a Skrull then.

I’d think after endgame. I’m really excited to see how this series wraps up and where Marvel goes with this plot.
