Here's LOST Live. A 90 minute interview with Damon and Carlton, that took place on Thursday.
Just an awesome interview and question and answer forum. Thank you for sharing this; I would have missed it otherwise. A few thoughts:
1. Cuse and Lindelof are obviously very sharp and gifted writers. Both are well spoken but Lindelof in particular is very good at answering questions.
2. Their candor regarding their own fallibility was refreshing. Their explanation about Nikki and Paulo was hilarious.
3. The scene/clip they showed from "The Constant" with Desmond talking to Penny over the dying phone connection was as cathartic during the replay as it was when I first watched it. They establishing a moving theme of love in that episode that was one of number of aspects of LOST that makes it very special.
4. One lady in the audience, who was obviously struggling emotionally to speak, shared her renewed faith due to her personal LOST experience leading up to her question. Her question to the writers was something like: how did their own LOST experience effect their faith? I thought Cuse did a good job of answering without getting into any religious aspects. He basically said the faith of the entire LOST production team in each other lifted them up. The writers attributed much of the success of the show to the excellent working relationship with their co-writers.

No one is having wild boar to eat tonight? It would only be appropriate.
I'm thinking about opening up my last few cans of these...

The actually finale doesn't start until 8:00 Central, correct? I doubt I'll watch the recap.
It's also going to be the cast and crew relaying their experience on Lost. That's the reason I'm tuning in.

Posted this on the "What's on everyone's menu" thread. Figured the wine part was cool for tonight...
Shiraz wine called Boarding Pass. It's from Australia and the label looks like a plane ticket. Very good wine I've been drinking for a couple of years. Perfect match for tonight.

I would have a positive feeling about my lack of explanations and consistent writing if those mistakes made me millions of dollars too.

So, I was rewatching What they Died For for about the 4th time and I noticed something.
When Rousseau said that Ben's taking interest in Alex is why she is so attached to him, he realized who they were. He started to tear up and then he stared at Rousseau for a few seconds.

I just noticed that too on my rewatch. You could see it in his eyes as they cut from that scene.
