I've watched since Season 1 but haven't gone back to watch the earlier seasons so many things are "dusty" in my memory. But have we ever seen the area with the large tree and bench before where Richard buried the cross necklace?

Anyone think that Water will be the undoing of MIB? Somehow if they get him in his smoke form and then douse it with water I wonder if that will be his Kryptonite. just thanking out louad

Water is not the Monster's weakness. He killed the Pilot in the first episode when it was pouring rain.

What if MIB wasn't lying when he told Richard that Jacob was the devil. He told him straight up that he was the smoke. Why would he tell him Jacob was the Devil and then come right back and say "I'm the smoke"?
This sets all sorts of new things up. Maybe Jacob (the Devil) is given a task by God in order to redeem himself and be let back into heaven and that task is to let humanity prove that it is good.

Speaking of Smokie at the cockpit, an analysis of the whispers from then may be in order:

To me it looks like a conversation between Smokie and someone else.

is it possible that ''Wallace'' is actually Charles Wallace from A Wrinkle In Time? Could he be the one that Hurley needed to bring to The Island? Is he locked up inside that room on Charles Widmore's sub? Or could he already be on The Island? Could he be... Jacob?

Edit: but I don't think the whispers are just limited to MIB when you look at some of the other occurrences

This might just be an editing oversight but...
When MIB is giving Richard some food to eat, Richard is up front chowing down while MIB is in the background, sitting on the bench. The very next shot, he's sitting on a rock a couple of feet from Richard, near the fire. As though he just reappeared/teleported.
Doesn't have much significance, just found it odd.

Evidently you are revealing too much. For everyone who has faithfully watched this show since season 1 and has kept up, you do a great disservice when you come on here posting inane batsh*t theories and spoilers. The only reason you MAY not know any better is that you started watching the show late and had to catch up by reading spoilers. It is getting to the late stages of this LOST saga and NONE of us want to have it spoiled by a smart-arse. So either lurk or leave, or risk bannage, because there will be several people ready to go to Chicken and the admins. to ban you until LOST is over.
