This is always so tough because shows are so different, and that's not even including sitcom type shows. But if we are basically just saying five favorite "TV shows" of all time, mine would be:

Saved By the Bell
The Wire
South Park
LOST
Psych

With many, many that could easily replace some of those on any given day. Also, these are my favorite, which doesn't mean the best (obviously, since SBTB is in there). SBTB is probably my favorite show of all time, but obviously it isn't anywhere near the best. The Wire, however, is the best show I've ever seen.

Bojack Horseman--Cartoon
The Bureau--French Spy
Better Call Saul
Arrested Development--the best Pilot episode ever. Up and running with no trouble.

I cant thing of a top tier 5th. I have not seen The Wire, Breaking Bad, or Lost.

Band of Brothers is top tier but more of a mini series.
