Everyone knows Star Wars Jurassic park jaws chariots of fire but the ones below just encapsulate the movie just as well. You listen to Jurassic park and think “man that’s a dinosaur” same with these below

Imo
Apollo 13’s is extremely underrated (one of my all time favorite movies as well)
Rudy
Gladiator does get some accolades but isn’t on the level as those above

What y’all got?

Road to Perdition, underrated just like the movie itself.

I was watching a movie this weekend and heard music that was bugging me because it was so similar to something I had seen. Finally figured out it was basically the music from Road to Perdition playing at the end. Now it's driving me crazy because I can't think of the other movie with the similar music

Casino Royale (1967)

There was a time when it was one of the most sought after albums by collectors.

Bacharach and Herb Alpert at their peak.

It's been parodied to the point where people have forgotten how great it was.

Wrath of Khan sountrack (youtube) has always been one of my favorites.

James Horner took a lot of that score and used it in Krull (youtube). Which is another good one.

While the Soundtrack is often acknowledged as good...I believe the Score for Forest Gump is highly underrated.

Last of the Mohicans may be the best score of any film. It's a masterpiece

Friday Night Lights (movie) has a good score, might be wrong but pretty sure it's the same one used in several Peter Berg movies

Conan isn't underrated by those who have seen it but plenty of folks who didn't watch Conan have missed out on one of the greatest scores in the history of cinema.

Hell, the score elevates almost every scene.

My 2 favorite scores of all time are probably Conan and The Mission.
