You sure have watched a lot of episodes of a show that disgusts you...
Not really. That was three episodes. And they came on back to back to back. I just turn the tv on, just out of habit, to create some light for the bedroom, some white noise, whatever. Three episodes isn’t a lot.

mean it’s just a shitty little sitcom dude. No need to go protest military funerals just because of it.

I'm assuming you're youngish, under 25 ballpark? I get that comedy changes, domestic violence used to be a common joke on sitcoms from the black and white era and seems unfunny by today's standards. But if people making bad decisions doesn't amuse you, what do you find funny?
Also, things are often funny because they're disgusting. It's either completely absurd behavior, or an act that our self centered nature would want us to do but our living in a society with rules and consequences wouldn't ever allow us to do.

Havent watched all of it, but the episode that always stands out to me is the one where Doug starts making martinis for Carrie every afternoon when she gets home from work because she's less bitchy when she's drunk.
With the exceptions of Patton and Jerry Stiller, I absolutely hate the supporting cast.

I’m age 50+. Graduated from LSU in 1990.
Like I said, in a good sitcom, you can see yourself in the same situation. But when these shows “jump the shark” , the characters behavior gets so bizarre that it’s simply repulsive. I loved the early seasons of Seinfeld. But then it jumped the shark. When the characters behavior just becomes so twisted and sick, I just lose all interest. I’m sure you recall the Seinfeld episode where he’s dating a girl who is an avid collector of vintage toys that she has in her apartment. So for their next date, Jerry has her eat a lot of turkey so she will become sleepy and tired. She falls asleep, so Jerry and his friends have access to all her toys and they spend the evening in her apartment playing with them. Wow, that’s clever. I liked early Seinfeld, Curb your Enthusiasm, Scrubs to name a few. I grew up watching Monty Python, Fawlty Towers. These shows were well written!!

True, Doug and Carrie are the one’s that exhibit the twisted, dysfunctional behavior.

Of all the shows to be morally offended by, this is a surprising one.

It took someone calling you Fatty McButterpants??
One of my favorite ones is when Doug was cleaning behind the fridge and Carrie comes home to find the fridge pulled out and Doug playing Sega. Doug's excuse for not finishing was the phone rang. He yells at her "THE PHONE RANG!!" Like that's some rational reason to start doing something else.

King of Queens is great
My eyes are gettin weary
My back is gettin tight
I'm sitting here in traffic
On the Queensborough Bridge tonight
And I don't care 'cause all I wanna do
Is cash my check and drive right home to you
'Cause baby all my life I will be drivin home to you
My eyes are gettin weary
My back is gettin tight
I'm sitting here in traffic
On the Queensborough Bridge tonight
And I don't care 'cause all I wanna do
Is cash my check and drive right home to you

1. Doesn't make sense they have such a nice house: its in queens not Manhattan and Arthur has to live in the basement its so opulent. Friends is the ridiculous one; no one their age is getting rent control in Manhattan.
2. Fat guy can't get dime: she was an obnoxious big haired bitched that acted like she just left Jersey Shore (see the episode where they meet).
3. Obnoxious behavior: its tv. not every show can be Seventh Heaven. Its fun to laugh at their over the top antics.

We’ll keep watching until you see the episode where Doug installs a stripper pole in their bedroom. She is not very good and Doug gives her lessons on how to use it. He was surprisingly good at it.
Kevin James is actually a hell of an athlete, he only gained weight when he was older. I remember one "action" scene where he does the butt slide across the hood of a car and I couldn't believe how agile he was
