McBain with Christopher Walken is the worst movie I've ever seen. One fighter pilot pulls his jet alongside another fighter and fires a pistol from within his closed cockpit into the other closed cockpit and kills the other pilot, without any breaking of either plane's acrylic canopy. There are also scenes where the wires are completely visible as people are shot leading to them being blasted through high-rise building windows.

A person I know is a big fan of bad movies. He recommended one called "The Greasy Strangler"

Worst movie I've ever seen. I kept watching until the end because I thought surely to God something interesting would happen at some point in the movie.

Battlefield Earth. Great answer. I remember watching it for the first time in addition to it just being a horrible movie, the costumes were hilarious. They had like cups in their pants and high heels.

I didn't say it was the worst movie ever. I haven't seen every movie ever. But, it is the worst movie I've ever seen and it probably would be for the OP as well. It's boring AF and an embarrassment to the real Blade Runner.
