I’m glad Phil got crushed, literally, in the end.

Phil had some quality funny lines in the show though.

“Suck our cocks? Is she any good? What am I asking you for you probably showed her how” lmao

Little Carmine was the smartest character in the entire series. I wonder if his idiocy was an act or an exaggeration.

He was always at the precipice of an enormous crossroads

Ralphie was a pain in the arse but he was funny as hell I wished he could've stayed on the show a little longer. Loved his character.

Ralph was a true sociopath way more than any other character in the show and Pantiolano plays it well. The scene where he kills the hooer is brutal.

That scene has little details that show the groups true sociopathic behavior beyond Ralph’s actions though.

When Silvio sees the body he says “Chrissy get a sheet, cover that up.” Like it’s some object laying there not a young girl beat to death. And the fact it was worse that Ralph disrespected the strip club by acting out of line more than that he killed the girl.

any moment of AJ sucking is worth what we get from him in the last episode

I always got a kick out of him in the absurdity of life discussion.

AJ “you ever wondered why were we born?”

Meadow “Madame de Stael said in life you have 2 choices, boredom and suffering”

Tony “go to your room”

Carmella “we were born because of Adam and Eve. Now go upstairs and do your algebra”

AJ “algebra? That’s the most boring”

Tony “well your other choice is suffering. You wanna start now?” LOL

Some of the best moments in the show was the family drama in the home that had nothing to do with the mafia

know that Tony hated seeing other people happy. Lol

The best was when Janice was happy and taking anger management and Tony can’t stand it. So he intentionally gets her riled up about her lost son

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: You know where I was yesterday when you called?

Dr Jennifer Melfi: I don't know.

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: I was outside a whorehouse, while a guy that works for me was inside beating the shite out of a guy that owes me money. Broke his arm. Put a bullet in his kneecap.

Dr Jennifer Melfi: How'd that make you feel?

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: Wished it was me in there.

Dr Jennifer Melfi: Giving the beating or taking it?

The Furio/Carmela storyline blows

I hated this storyline. I liked the Furio character and it was totally unbelievable that he’d be into Carmela

Finally finished last night. Overall enjoyed it.

Took me like 2 full seasons to see that the entire series was about Tony's narcissistic behavior and his struggles when anyone didn't fit his view of them.
In that sense, made a lot of sense.

In regard to the ending, for me, it seemed just the end of the story and life goes on. They killed Phil and the short guy in NY takes over and they all go back to work. Wonder if Sil recovered?

Wasn't that actor leaking info about storylines so they dumped him from the show?

Yes. Too bad because he was a great fit for a great character.

-I really grew to despise Tony. It wasn’t the murder and womanizing and theft that got to me, it was how he treated Hesh and how nasty he was to Carmella.

Tony killed the people closest to him, including his best friend (Big Pussy), his childhood best friend and cousin (Tony B) and his protege (Christopher), but the thing that gets you is his holding a debt over Hesh’s head even though Hesh was an outsider that was allowed to earn?

The thing that was more dislikable to me was the Tony cared more about animals than humans (proved when he killed his best earner, Ralphie, over a horse and his rage at his mother for making his father get rid of his dog).
