It was better than Fallen Kingdom, but I don’t think I would go out of my way to watch it again.

It wasn’t perfect by any stretch but I walked out of the theater and said to myself exactly what I quoted you on. Spot on.

It was fine. Good to see dinosaurs again

I enjoyed it. The beginning was slow, but it got better. Jeff Goldblum was great. Lots of laughter at his lines in my theatre.

I’d rank it at #3 behind the original and Jurassic World.

SPOILERS

It's a fun movie. Good action. Good music. I think OG casts really saves this movie.

The problem with this movie is the plot. It has nothing to do with dinosaurs. I expected the focus on the dinosaurs living in the human world, but instead they gave us ... bugs..?

Owen is kind of boring and that hand thing is cringy. This is getting old.

It takes a massive gun that the general public can’t buy to take down an elephant or a rhinoceros. Dinosaurs would have far thicker hides and be far larger.

I wouldn't take someone else's word for it. If you're a fan of the series, I'd bet you'll like it.

I WAS a fan. Unfortunately each newer movie was worse than the one before.

I must’ve seen the original one six or seven times in the theater. Maybe more. Read the books, but once the franchise started veering off the message of Michael Crichton, it became unrecognizable to me.

I think they tried too hard to send a "message" instead of just making good movies. I read somewhere that the first of the trilogy was about commoditizing nature, the second was exploitation treatment of animals, and the third was supposed to be about the environment. As an outdoorsman I'm passionate about all of those, but I don't think you should go into a project wanting to send a message like that.

I probably will too. Horror movies almost always get bad reviews (unless A24 makes them) and I enjoy many if not most of those

I would say it would rank like this

Jurassic Park

Jurassic Park 3

Jurassic World

Jurassic World 3–this one

Jurassic Park 2

Jurassic World 2

This one was entertaining but lots of plot issues. Wasn’t terrible but not great either. Dinosaurs were mostly just things to avoid and not the bad guy. Lots, I mean lots of nods to Jurassic Park.

Went yesterday. It was slow and man Pratt doesn't have any real dialogue at all . Goldblum had some decent one liners. Just didn't move the needle for me. But hey dinosaurs are always awesome

Critic score at 33%

Audience score at 79%

Might be hope that it’s actually ok.
