Lots of people didn’t want them to jump into the Justice League that quickly. They were trying to play catchup and made a horrible arc. Had they developed characters more like MCU used to do, then it could have worked. They rushed and it was just a mess.

Yup. DC saw the cash cow Marvel had with a connected universe and decide to take a lot of shortcuts and bank on their IP doing the heavy lifting. If someone would've taken a breath and actually organized the Justice League universe a bit, it could've been a home run. They're the main reason "superhero fatigue" was becoming a thing.

They're showing the trailer to the press today. I'm thinking we'll also get more news regarding upcoming projects. I can't imagine they're doing this just to show a teaser trailer.

Hell, she looks like what I would imagine an actual "hawkgirl" would look like.
I should also point out that Hawkgirl has looked quite different over the years in the comics as one of her powers is reincarnation.

Yes, everything I’m hearing about this movie, I’m liking. This is seemingly all I’ve asked for in Superman movie and it seems like James Gunn understands the character and the tone that Superman should be.

Snyder didn't understand the character at all and wanted to make him cool and "modern"
Superman is bright colors. He is the sun shining in the darkness. He is all that is fundamentally good.
