I tried to watch it when the first season initially dropped but could only get through a couple episodes. Been thinking about giving it another shot since I noticed it got a second season.

You have to know what you’re getting into - it’s a bunch of intertwined stories with very little payoff at the end. Well acted etc but it’s more about the journey than the Destination. I watched both seasons and enjoyed it.

No spoilers but the final character death in season 2 is hands down the funniest on screen death I have ever seen.

Seems like I wouldn’t like it as much in a binge format

The weekly watch was a lot of fun and the discussions of who’s the dead person was a lot of fun

It’s entertaining, but you have to be able to let yourself enjoy the overall show while absolutely hating every individual character. There’s no one to root for

Maybe the best show still in production.

I didn't care for Season 1. Season 2, for me, was outstanding. Both seasons are totally independent from one another.

I enjoyed Season 2 more than Season 1.

I saw a review that said white lotus was an attack on capitalism and colonialism and that really doesn’t sound like something I’d enjoy

In the first season the socialist anti-colonial people are the biggest assholes and presented as such and ruin lives for it. The strong independent woman learns that she’s not that special and returns to the safety of her husband.

I didn't pick up on that, but now that you mention it, I can see it.

First season Is awesome. Second season is okay.

Alex Daddario is gorgeous, but this is the show where she shows she’s more than just a pretty face with a great body. She really brings it.

Steve Zhan was so funny in it. As was Murray Bartlett.

It's certainly worth watching. So much so, I am taking a break from films and jumped onto Season 3. This seasons location also helps.

That's a pretty neat trick since season 3 won't come out until 2025.

Edit: Now that I know what you meant because you work on the show...

I meant jumped onto the project as a member of the production team. But yes, 2025 is the release
