The ending where he kills himself in the womb fits perfectly into that movie's story line. His mom said multiple times how many miscarriages she had, and he was her "miracle baby". The point there was all the babies were eventually going back and killing themselves, and he eventually did the same since they all inherited their father's ability.

I like the one he’s in where Kevin Costner is the serial killer, too. Mr- something

Mr. Brooks and it's Dane Cook not Ashton Kutcher. Got your douchebags mixed up

Now that is a good explanation.

I’m guessing that ending would have played well in the pro choice / pro abortion debates

You know, that alt director’s ending makes sense and is good but dark as hell.

There is like 3 endings of the theatrical ending too.

The main one is they see each other on the street and look at each other a bit and continue on in the opposite directions.

Second one is he turns around and follows her after they see each other.

Last is they have a conversation about getting coffee or something after seeing each other.

The directors comments on the directors cut said everyone hated the abortion ending in testings and from the studio. No one wanted to see an abortion, but they said they really loved that ending but were forced to change it.

That's the only one I remember.

I can see it not playing very well.

Just Married is Kutcher's best movie. He caught the tail end of the rom Com era that both guys and girls could enjoy.

It really is amazing that these movies don't get made anymore

For a huge swath of my life they were a constant in the theater, now they don't exist

Unintended consequence of the McConnaissance?

I feel like Mel Gibson used to be a big player in this market as well.

Just Married gets my vote.

Leeezaak!
He called me a cracker.

I laugh every time he is trying to plug in the vibrator. "Oh I'll make it fit"

He’s done some good work trying to destroy the sex slave industry. I’d say that’s his best work.

the abortion ending

Maybe they should have tried a still birth ending with some foreshadowing during the miracle baby scene?

Butterfly Effect is his best work imo, showed some range from the dunce comedy actor

Side note: I liked him in No Strings Attached, but man what a lame/cheesy/cringe ending. "You should know, if you come any closer, im not letting you go!" Almost ruined the movie for me
