Severance on Apple if you haven't seen it. It's a little bit of all the genres you mentioned.

Like I said patiently waiting on the next season. Really like the show.

Severance is really good. I toss it up a lot here, but OP has probably already watched.

The Expanse - This is Amazon right now I think.

Absolutely anyone that loves sci-fi needs to watch BSG (2004) series and The Expanse (2015) series.

I'm going to build a Sonic just for people that don't think these are terrific sci-fi shows.

I’m intrigued by this. I’ll normally give anything with Allen Tudyk a shot.

Docuseries about people who shouldn't be alive.

People who put themselves in bad situations...Survival drama. Mostly nature trying to kill them...land, sea, air, jungle, desert, boats, plane crashes. Think the movie, 127 hours in 1 hour episodes.

Intelligence / spy show that was so realistic and hit a nerve so deep that it basically was shelved for 20 years and almost impossible to watch.

You should consider a Murder, She Wrote rewatch or six.

Yup, at one point if you wanted to watch/rewatch you had to use a sketchy streaming site.

My other recommendations the OP has probably already seen

Counterpart
The Patriot
Slow Horses

I would stay away from The 100, maybe do rewatches of slightly older shows like Jericho, Fringe, and Alias.

Have you seen Tour Of Duty? It was a Vietnam show on CBS back in the late 80's, ran for 3 seasons. Followed a platoon on their ... tour of duty. I remember at least the 1st season was great, the overall reviews are very good.

Looks like the first season is on Plex.
*No it isn't

Here's the opening credits, should give you an indication if you want to hunt it down or not
