re: How I Met Your Mother (5/14) -- The Season Finale

shite episodes last night. Nothing happened except Marshall and Lily's baby.
It was pretty obvious early on that the whole box thing at the airport was a proposal, and it was kinda cool how it played out. Also, right at the end when Ted goes to see the bride, I actually said out loud to myself "It's gonna be fricking Robin.." Somehow I knew they would do that shite.
I feel like the writers and creators of the show always try to mindfrick us or misdirect us. It just feels like they do shite to intentionally be like "HAHA, we fricked you, right..???" to the audience. That kinda shite is cool for a while, but at this point there aren't many reasons to do aside from just fricking us because it seems to be rendering a lot of previous shite completely worthless.
I'm still hopeful that they can and will tie everything together nicely, but that is getting harder and harder to do with the amount of backstory they've laid.
Also, I was thinking that maybe it was a split wedding as well, with Barney/Quinn and Robin/????. That would be one of the only ways they could squeeze out of this Barney/Robin shite, and I really (fricking REALLY) hope they don't end up together.

Also, I guess I'm the only one who doesn't really find Victoria terribly attractive..? 
Something about her just seems kinda off to me for some reason. She's defnitely not great at all.

You are not alone. there is no denying that she is good looking but there is nothing WOW about her.

She's got the look of a girl that will get big in pregnancy and never lose that weight again.

I have not watched the show much in the last couple of years, but it was on last night in the background while we were eating. Both my wife and I said it can't be Robin, because a couple of years ago she was refered to as aunt Robin when he was talking with his kids...

If not, I'd just google "watch himym online free" and see where that takes you...I've done that for shows and movies in the past and had success.

Victoria may not be a 9 but Ted isn't Brad Pitt either. She would be the one lowering her standards if it was a real life relationship
