That was sort weird thing that the show runners made in GoT, and only applied to Dany.

Its in the book too. Though in the book Dany loses her hair and its more like she walks into the flames and comes back out. GRRM said that was meant to be this weird one off moment that is a bit mystical and magical and that Targaryens are clearly not immune to fire, as her brother showed with his crown.
