Lots of folks would’ve seen that go down. Especially since he chased after Lucerys on Vhagar. And Borros would have made damn sure to let everyone know he didn’t let it happen “under his roof”.

In the book, the body,( -ies?)wash up on shore. I honestly can't recall if Luc's body does, or if it was assumed he was dead.

I’ll have to go back and watch but it looked like Luke’s body and parts of the dragon fell down to the ground. Assuming they weren’t over water, I’m sure people found the remains and the word spread.

Just assumed since was in the middle of a rainstorm where neither of them really had visibility and then the actual death occurred above the clouds, you could deny it.

In regards to Daemon choking Rhaenyra...I think right after the choke she said,”He never told you” and maybe had kind of a smirk on her face.
I don’t think it was so much anger towards her - it was the fact that her father told her but withheld from him something of great significance (even if he didn’t believe in Viserys’ dreamer nature, it was still of great significance to Viserys). Despite their differences, Daemon still always looked for Viserys’ approval, and this just further emphasized the distance between them. Daemon then took it out on Rhaenyra since she was told (thus had that trust) and he wasn’t.

He choked her because she has been restraining him in every sense from the beginning of the episode. Even her son by extension restrained him. The revelation of Song of Ice and Fire and speaking Viserys's name again made him lose it. Daemon can be restrained but eventually he's going to pop- just like with his brother, and then come back, just like with his brother.
