Then pretty much at the end, the Starks/northerners show up, wreck shop just for the hell of it because they walked that far and wanted to kill some people, and then they marry all of the widows.

I'm more excited fit it than I thought I'd be. No D&D, a good complete source material and HBO delivers more consistently than anybody.

So the actor is non-binary. Not necessarily the character. Even if the character discusses how her sex or gender has affected her life, it makes perfect sense in the context of the fact she was passed over in the succession because of it, and is not a new thing at all in the genre.
Not to mention, sex in reptiles is far more fluid than genetics, so possibly right on the nose for the House of the Dragon.
This being said, my biggest issue with non-binary people is they often come off as completely self-obsessed and for people who I think are trying to downplay the role of gender in their lives, it sure as hell seems to be the only thing they constantly talk about.

Did the fact that Sir Ian Mckellen sucked penis stop people from watching LOTR?
Nobody is going to care what she is if the show is good and they don't make that part of the story.

Arya is one of the best characters on any show that I've ever watched. I didn't care for the girl with no name training, but it was necessary for her to get her revenge.

But, putting aside the decision to have Arya kill the night King, why would you fast forward through her scenes? She had one of the best character arcs in the show.
