Is Joffrey going to the Vale with 2 small dragons and Rhaena going to Pentos with the 2 kids Rhaenyra has from Daemon +4 dragon eggs?
Yes
Westerosies Twitter
Basically a post confirming these eggs that are heading to Pentos are the same eggs that are in the Game of Thrones series given to Daenerys

what happened to the 4th egg?

Sure, she’s trying to be morally accountable and avoid bloodshed and Raeynes has advised this way as well. The problem is those two have been wrong this whole time, Deamon and her advisers have been right. Our dichotomy is a perfect example of my first post to Grundy, the show is trying to make us feel a certain way about these two characters but in reality they’re screwing up and it’s only when Raeynera talks to Alicent does she realize the truth.

In the books, I believe that fourth egg hatches and is the dragon Morning (hatches during the Dance).

Responding since you mentioned me (what a lovely nickname for someone who doesn't personallly attack BTW).
Majority of people don't believe they're "screwing up" by portraying the inside workings for Alicent and Rhaenyra.

I didn’t mention you, SolomonGrundy is the poster I initially responded to so as usual you’re wrong and making false allegations. In your actual point you have no idea what you’re talking about again. I’m not talking about the show screwing up, I’m pointing out that the blacks have been screwing up. So wrong again

Ah. The show has pointed out that the Blacks have been screwing up. They made it pretty clear in the expression that they're struggling to keep their houses rallied to their cause.

I guess I just don't worry about what a show is "trying to make us feel." Personally, I think they've done a good job at going into detail about the shortcomings of both of them and I think most viewers see that as well.

I normally don’t either but I saw Grundy mention it and I just agreed with him which triggered BB. That’s why I mentioned it in connection with my first post.

If they’re trying to make us feel they’re competent they’re doing a poor job of it. Especially Alicent. If that chick had a dick she’d step on it daily.

Once the smoke clears, don’t one of the twins have a baby dragon named morning?
Could be that one.

Right. This is a bit of a jumped the shark moment. Alicent can very easily have Rheanyra captured and killed while she is dressed in disguise with a dagger in her hand. Nobody would question that Rheanyra was there to kill Alicent or other members of the royal family, especially after the recent beheading of the king's son. At that point, the war is over. The blacks would lose support of most of their allies.
If they pulled some shady shite like that Daemon would most definitely attempt to raise banners against them. Remember, it's not all about who is most deserving of the throne, that's what it seems like at times, but Robert Baratheon won that shite by pure force.

Not sure.
So in the books it is implied that the eggs Daenerys gets are stolen during Jaehaerys I reign, well before the show started (King before Viserys who was the King at the beginning of HoD) by Elissa Farman who was the lover of Princess Rhaena Targaryen (not Rhaena from this time period, the one who was married to Maegor the Cruel, the third Targaryen king of Westeros).
They are allegedly sold in Pentos to fund a ship (Sun Chaser) Elissa bought to escape Westeros. She wanted to sail further west than anyone else had before. There's a lot more to that story but Fire and Blood talks about it in the early chapters.
Basically the show writers wanted to tie those eggs to the GoT eggs because "they were all really big fans of the show".
ETA: (Spoileresq?) So, with that being said I have no idea what the fourth egg will be. Most likely will be Morning. In the books it's only three eggs that get brought to the Vail and one hatches and is called Morning.
Just another small instance where they stray from the Fire and Blood book.

Thanks. I've never read any of the books and only started GOT after it was already 6-7 seasons in.

Fire and Blood is written different that the Song of Fire and Ice. It's more history that is recounted by old maesters, etc. So it's just recollections of what happened. In the other books, they are written from each characters perspective views.
If you do go to read or listen (I prefer the latter) and can stomach it. I'd listen to Fire and Blood first. It just gives a ton of history of how things came to be. Spotify has them all under their audobooks. Not a bad listen while pecking away at work.
Most of the book is world building, a lot of time is spent during Aegon the Conqueror and King Jaehaerys I. Jaehaerys was the longest Targaryen ruler and the most peace was had under his rule (would make for a really boring TV show with LOTS of time jumps). About midway through you get to the where the show's timeline is.

Otto knows. He said so last episode. Aegon said something like “He made me King” and Otto replied with “Is that what you think?”
So now at least somewhere in his mind Aegon knows too. We’ll see where that story leads, if anywhere.
nah, he doesnt know that. he had to organize a coup and kill dissenters for aegon to become king. without otto aegon wouldnt be king even if viserys did truly change his mind with alicent... hell the only reason aegon is even a claimant for the throne is bc otto's political cunning
pretty sure otto had plans in place for viserys death to usurp power if any opportunity arose.

So you don’t think it’s at least possible that Otto knew and just chose to allow Alicent to believe it knowing it was a story the King often told? I’m sure Alicent went into great detail about how it went down with her father. Question is could Otto have known she was wrong based on that?
I think that if Alicent detailed Viserys’ comments in his deathbed to Otto, it probably sounded like the ramblings of a dying man fricked up on opium.. which it was.
But more to the point, Otto wouldn’t have known what Viserys was talking about when he said “the prince that was promised” as it wasn’t a story Viserys often told. Rhaenyra lied about that. When Alicent first said the words, Rhaenyra seemed to think that Viserys had shared the prophecy with Alicent. When she realized that he had not, Rhaenyra quickly dismissed it as a story he used to tell. It was, in fact, something that Viserys told Rhaenyra about in secrecy.
So no, I don’t think Otto really knew any more than anyone else. But I also don’t think he really gave a shite whether it was true. I think he initially thought his daughter was simply making a play for the throne. I vaguely recall a conversation from season 1 where he seemed disappointed in Alicent for being seemingly naive about the fact that they were carrying out a coup. Something along the lines of “isn’t this what you wanted? You started all of this” as if he assumed she made it up from the start. But I could be misremembering.
