Homicide Life on the Street will be streaming Monday 8/19

Finally after music rights kept it from being available it will be on Peacock Monday. I've only ever seen a handful of episodes so I'm excited. Google says it's the series and the movie.

Such a great show. It was The Wire before The Wire. One of the best casts ever assembled for television.

The best thing about the crossovers was that Munch and Briscoe shared an ex-wife. That, and Lennie and John in Washington D.C. and Munch takes the opportunity to go by the FBI to request the "extensive dossier" that the Bureau had built over years of surveilling Munch as a protestor. He thinks it'll be boxes of files, it turns out to be a one page report listing Munch as a "dilatant protestor".

I’m sure it’ll be fine. Peacock is the NBC streaming service, and the “Law & Orders” are NBC shows.

You are in for a bit of a shock. It took me a while to be able to see him as Captain Holt and not Pembleton. Braugher was excellent at drama.

We're still in the first season. Amazing how good it was from the start, and how they were able to assemble this cast. Even with its moments of being over-the-top, it's a great watch.
