I imagine if Nolan is going to direct, it would be from a script he wrote.

Highlander 2 is not even the worst movie in the series. That honor goes to The Source.

I liked End Game. It could have been better, of course.

I think the actual premise of the movie is very very awesome and if the right writers and director got involved, it could be a fantastic remake

I know the franchise deserved some kind of cosmic hex as punishment for Zeist, but it didn't deserve a "SyFy" original movie with worse composite shots than a That 70s Show scene transition. Or a soul-crippling resolution that basically invalidates everything else with the Highlander name on it.

Connor MacLeod: I am Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. I was born in 1518 in the village of Glenfinnan on the shores of Loch Shiel. And I am immortal.

By "born" he obviously meant "exiled from a distant planet and sent to Earth as an immortal because... Living forever is punishment?"

I thought the soundtrack was excellent, the story was good, the camera shots were even pretty cool. How did you not notice the cinematography?

Plus the Kurgen has got to be one of the greatest villains of all time.

I've watched it many times over the years. I'd like to show it to my kids if it weren't for that one booty scene. But 80s + Theresa Russel = naked.

Adrian Paul fricking rocked as Duncan McCloud. The guy could do some badass martial arts, even as choreographed as they were. The show had some really good stories in it, but like all shows some eps were good, some meh, and some bad ones.

It was cool to see Roland Gift from Fine Young Cannibals become his nemesis. Weird looking dude was a good fit.

I liked Christopher Lambert in the first movie, too, but the Duncan storyline in the show was more fleshed out. I was glad they lost the "there can only be one" tagline a couple of years into the show.

Would never work out, Duncan MacLeod doesn't die a third of the way into the movie.

the chick who played Amanda in the series

avoided being subpoenaed to testify in the Clinton-Paula Jones lawsuit by filming Highlander: The Raven out of the country. She had admitted to having an affair with slick willy when he was the gov of arkansas

I liked Highlander, despite admitting it's cheesiness and poor effects (over time). End Game was ok, mainly because I liked the TV show too and thought bringing the 2 worlds together was a good idea. Could have been better though.

TV show rocked. Loved the storyline with the Watchers and their role in everything.
