See I disagree with part of your post.
Zach and Mirri isn’t a particularly funny movie even though it stars lots of funny actors.
But Justin Long does an amazing job as Brandon St. Randy. I’d say he was the best part of that movie.

If forced, I would absolutely watch the entire movie just to get to his brief appearance towards the end. Completely worth it.
