Tywin is awesome.

Really in season 1-3 the Lannisters were all "evil" but amazing characters.

Joffrey was cast so well. The looks on his face were fing perfect to make you detest his soul

I feel like any character played by Billy Bob Thornton works.
Real sneaky hateful SOB in most of his roles... but also kinda fun

Also.. all of the characters in Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia

I miss this guy so much. Not sure I ever wanted someone on tv to die so bad but now there is a hole in GoT that apparently can never be filled.

Well, along with Hans Lada and Daniel Plainview (already mentioned), I'll add Elliot Marston from "Quigley Down Under."

Let's face it, Tony Soprano was a mob boss who had people killed, he sometimes tortured people for fun. He cheated on his wife almost any time he could. He had some of his own friends and family killed, or at least tried to.
Just a twisted, evil mofo.

And yet, I love the dude

I'll second Bill the Butcher. He has some of my favorite movie quotes:

"Whose man are you? Speak smart and speak up. What's he saying boy?

Amsterdam: He's making his peace with God.

Bill: Hell with that, he makes his peace with me. I'm hearing confession tonight you mother-whoring Irish n*****. Whose man are you? We speak English in this country whose man are you? You see this knife? I'm gonna teach you to speak English with this fricking knife"

"Here's the thing. I don't give a tuppenny frick about your moral conundrum, you meat-headed shite-sack. That's more or less the thing. And I want you to go out there... You, nobody else. None of your little minions. I want you to go out there. And I want you to punish the person who's responsible for murdering this poor little rabbit. Is that understood?"

"And when he came to finish me, I couldn't look him in the eye. He spared me, because he wanted me to live in shame. This was a great man. A great man. So I cut out the eye that looked away, I sent it to him wrapped in blue paper. I would've cut them both out if I could have fought him blind. And I rose back up again with a full heart... and buried him in his own blood. He was the only man I ever killed worth remembering."
