Watching season ending of 1923. He really is terrible in this. Maybe it’s just that he can’t do the curmudgeon old man like Eastwood or Mel Gibson can, but he can’t even move either. I know he’s 80 but shite. I bet Indy 5 is just horrible because of this (plus another 100 reasons).
He used to be able to do tough. Is it pussified Hollywood or is he just old?

Nah, when he got divorced and hooked up with Calista Flockhart (over 20 years younger), he allowed her to cut off his balls. He went from a balls to the wall action hero to . . . .

* He wouldnt return as Han Solo unless they agreed to kill him off
* Hes All In on making the next Indiana Jones a woman
* Did a voice over asking a million Americans to volunteer for Covid vaccine trials
* Recent statements that nature and God are the same thing
* Called Trump an SOB
* His only political endorsement ever came when he picked Biden

Hes just a shadow of the actor that we all once thought we knew

You think he's bad in 1923 because he thinks God and nature are the same thing?

Harrison Ford would call you a fricking puss.

Han Solo acted like he had his balls cut off in Return of the Jedi. At least Princess Lea had a forcecrotch.

He kind of went to shite a long time ago. I feel like he built his nest egg and and he was happy.

If that's the case, good for him. I don't think the 5* Hollywood life is for everyone.

All that said, you should watch the new show "Shrinking". It's been his best acting in years.

This right here even though it is funny he was against doing sequels early in his career yet he will be forever known for his work in 2 of the biggest movie sequels to ever hit the screen successfully.

Well, the most recent thing I saw him in was Blade Runner 2049 and he was awful in that, maybe the worst thing about it except Jared Leto.

I'm struggling to remember the last thing I felt he was great in and I'm having trouble between The Last Crusade and now. Now, he wasn't awful in things like The Fugitive, but just "not great" for a long, long time.

I stand corrected. Was a pretty decent movie but I think that is about the time his persona/screen presence changed. That may just be in my head though.

I think Indy will be horrible for a bunch of reasons, this being the least of them.

So you think his acting sucks because you disagree with him politically? It’s such a mental weakness when people let politics control all of their opinions

To be fair he didn’t want them bringing him back after Empire.

Total meh of a take. Yeah, he's a bit over 20 years old. But she was almost 40 at the time. It's not like she was this 25 year old ingenue.

I personally don't care at all about any of the stars political leanings. If I like their TV shows and movies, I watch. Otherwise, I don't.
